I don’t know what figures they’re looking at but there has to be some serious cherry picking going on. AFAICS The number of Road deaths fell from 171 to 155 last year (10%) GB deaths reduced by 4%, casualties of all severities in Scotland in 2023 numbered 5788 v GB at 132,063.
