We’ve got some great tofu recipes if you’re on the hunt for anything. We haven’t made the switch to vegetarian or anything (GF is plenty as is), but we probably eat tofu just as much as meat at this point.

As someone who primarily lurks, I always just needed enough people on here to follow to replace the app that shall not be named. Still some work to do to continue to curate things appropriately, but pleased with what I’m seeing so far.
