Get an electronic scale with an app. Weigh every day. Learn how your body responds to what you eat. I weigh when I wake up after going to the loo and in the evening before bed. You learn a lot by doing that. And don’t get down about a bad day

That’s mega dude. Keep going. No fad diets just keep track of your calories and go for walks. You don’t need to go to the gym 3 times a week. Especially early days as the gym makes you hungry and can cause you to over eat. Marathon not a sprint
