Decided to go for a run this morning, first time since August.
In August I was about 5kg heavier & didn’t make 5k.
Today not only was I miles faster, I could have kept going!
Also feel way better than after a gym session!
NB the last 5mins today did a cool down walk

Ok so big milestone day.

In July 23 I was the biggest I’ve ever been 116kg/18.5st. I was depressed & felt awful.

I was then told about a karting series but I’d need to lose weight to even fit in the kart.

The pic shows the journey & to be 87.2kg/13.9st is the best feeling!

With all the love in our hearts we want to welcome Luna & Lottie to our family
The hole of not having a cat in the house was too big to fill with just one so we had to get these gorgeous sisters.
They are very tiny & a bit scared but we are going to give them so much love & make them the best home

Today we had to do the hardest thing we’ve ever had to do & say goodbye to our beloved cat Gizmo.

He was such a lovely boy but he got sick a few months ago & we tried everything we could.

We said goodbye with all of us there & he now is in no pain.
I love you my boy sleep well

I hope this isn’t true. I know Russo isn’t the “best” source but Paul has transformed the product in the last few years. It’s become an amazing piece of TV, new stars amazing long term story telling, performers who are looked after and happy to be there.
