We often have separate designated parking spaces for seniors, parents with prams, as well as more "standard" accessibility ones. How well they're enforced or exploited, I can't say, but their existence should be a baseline.

I already stop & compliment the neighbours on their gardens, so it's not outside the realms of possibilities. I wouldn't be judging though, I've not had a lawn to maintain before so I just want to get it right, especially environmentally.
