3D friends: do you know a way to make efficient radial arrays in Blender where you can still edit (rotate etc) the reference object easily?

I often use a split Procreate/Photoshop technique for characters.
Procreate is superior for line work and shading, in my experience. But Photoshop excels at color and fine-tuning. I jump between the two with Onedrive.
Procreate also records your process, as in this artwork of Grime from Amphibia.

Cintiq Users:
I am testing the 24" Pro; the problem is, on my Intuos I had easy reach to the keyboard. This Cintiq is seemingly far too large for that.
I note the Non-pro 24" lacks the giant bezels.
Anyone used one or both and can offer insight into your experience? It would be most helpful!

The psuedoraptor, an intelligent predator that generally lives in pairs and was able to survive the ecological collapse of the Fall.
Though they could kill an adult birrin, they are wise enough not to; in some cities they walk openly, thriving on urban pests and are much appreciated.

Old WIPS of Giants and birrin, from a painting I never managed to make work.
BUT, I did manage to nail down the Giant design, which is largely unchanged.
