Most importantly, even an MVP requires planning and part of that planning is an architecture that accounts for the knows. Both must be minimal--focusing only on the knowns. Avoid fortune telling in software delivery.

I really like the convenience of the Gradle and Maven wrappers. But they're also a massive supply chain attack vector: fork a GitHub repo with a malicious wrapper, run the build, and you may have compromised your system.
