All good but until they get the section that was single-tracked back in the mid-70s double-tracked again between Palmer Lake and Kelker/Crews, you're going to have crews dying all over the place on the HOS if you try and run passenger service on the Joint Line right now.

I had Jeanty with my #1 pick in Fantasy Football this year and he's the absolute worst #1 pick I've EVER had in Fantasy Football. It's no wonder why my Fantasy Football team sucks this year.

I still have to wonder about what it must've been like during the glory days of passenger service on UP-CNW back in the day. I still feel like I got cheated somehow never getting an opportunity to see that.

Believe it or not, Tony Hatch is not the only RR analyst/consultant in the world. UP would have been FAR better off taking both CNW and PRR to create the US Highway 30 merger YEARS ago. THAT'S the combination that was meant to be.

Plus they've gotta get the new connection built at Wyanet, IL between BNSF and IAIS and they're going to have to get either CTC or ABS/PTC installed on IAIS between Wyanet and Moline to allow for 79 mph running.
