"Millisecond" was a mistake. Instead of dealing with 16.6ms we could just say "one frame lasts exactly one third" :)

Have you tried moderation lists? (probably not the best solution for recommendation system in general, but it can fix this specific problem)

It's not exactly like that. I tried it a little bit, and you _can_ use semantic tags there and they put correct roles where applicable, however the options are quite limited and they don't guide you with that, you really have to know what you're doing
