One never expects the ones who lead, in times like these.

While I don’t think it’s as high as the other guys comment. A lot of those metrics are not reported accurately or at all. I work in harm reduction and public health. The stats issue on this subject in rural America specifically is insane. It’s higher than reported, but to what degree I’m not sure.

I went back after 8 years. I swear it’s easier this time around. The timing is a blessing. Not a curse.
