As a former full-time freelance writer who recently got a day job, I will say… I actually really enjoy it. It’s nice having somewhere to be every day, and a sense of structure and purpose.

Some might think it’s weird how I can dig up info on people so quickly (remember, I’m a journalist) but I will say, it’s come in handy because I’ve returned so many missing wallets and phones to their owners…
