I find myself refining and refining and refining my PRD template. They get too complicated fast, and then no one reads them.

At its most basic core, a PRD should cover these 3 sections:

Open product roles are finally on the rise across the board in February (except in Latin America where open roles are down ~3%). It's a good little breather as we just experienced two harsh down months in a row before that, phew.

"There is no version 2" is a blanket and meaningless statement at best, damaging the expectations of aspiring PMs at worst. There is a version 2. It's your version 1 that sucks.

I want to: make AI mandatory everywhere within Google products

Because: I am a complete piece of shit
If a new feature annoys users, makes their product usage more difficult/distracting, and cannot be turned off for paying customers:

This is not "AI."

It's a feature to increase customer churn - regardless of how cleverly engineered it is, how how expensive it was to build.
