Today in what my #adhd decided to google discovered that the old Spork is taking the piss. It's a runcible spoon. Been around since the 1800s at least. Absolute travesty. This is like when everyone thought the steam engine was new but it was around thousands of years ago.

In other unhelpful #ADHD hyperfocus distractions, before Christmas I learned how to do the Rubix cube (disappointingly formulaic) AND how to write a cryptic crossword (which is amazing fun). These are not related to my job obviously.

I have LOADS of work to do on a couple of upcoming #ADHD Courses and my Google History from this morning includes:

If anyone wants to doubt my diagnosis.

OK. So...This is my third move from the Twitter Xodus to Threads to Bluesky. It is now highly likely that whoever owns Bluesky is about to announce they intend to invade Poland or something.

I mainly want to talk about science, football and my new ADHD book that I don't stop bangin' on about!
