He stands accused of crimes against humanity.

A reminder that Slovakia officially recognises the International Criminal Court which issued a warrant for Vladimir Putin.

Slovakia would, technically, have to arrest the Russian President.

I told them what Ukrainians tell me: Russia ramps *up* attacks on holidays.

Overnight:
70+ missiles, 100+ drones targeting energy infrastructure

Today:
Rolling blackouts. Casualties TBC.

Another massive Russian attack in Ukraine on Christmas Day

- 5 cities were hit by 10 or more missiles. 20 in Dnipro, 15 in Kharkiv
- Energy, water and heating infrastructure were targeted, causing emergency blackouts
- Russian missile flew through Moldovan and Romanian airspace

Another wave of ballistic missile attacks here in Kyiv this morning.

Several cars on fire as a result of falling missile debris in central Kyiv with medics called to the scene.
