A cop car accidentally rear-ends another car. The driver gets out and angrily starts pounding his fists on the cop car. A second driver gets out of his car and joins him. The cop says “I get why he’s mad, but why are you here?” The second man says “Oh, I’m sorry, I thought it was finally happening”
