@ethzurich.bsky.social study reveals:
🔹Meat substitutes: 24–115% more expensive (except Germany)
🔹Milk substitutes: 35–58% more expensive
🔹More fiber, less saturated fat, but less protein
🔹Fortification rates need improvement
