The world oil price is now only 5 times higher than it was in Jan 1974

seriously underrated concept for understanding conservative rage over the past few decades. it's post-modernism they hate. they don't know it, but it's people ~'living their own truth'~, societal norms becoming diffuse. liberalism, essentially?
