Twitter timeline only shows me people I don't follow if 2 of my follows reply to them; bluesky is showing me with only 1 follow replying. This is annoying.

As I understand it, there's a powerful result in AI that you can get LLMs to translate between two languages without any "Rosetta stone" of matching translated text, as long as it has a large corpus in each.

I wonder if that would work for documents from an alien species?
