Would love to hear your thoughts on measuring the long-term impact of learning strategies? What's worked for you? What challenges have you encountered? What resources do you recommend to learn more?

4. This process is a journey, which often requires upskilling and a mindset change within our teams. What KSAOs are needed to measure impact? I.e., evidence based approaches for transfer of learning, research methodologies, data analysis skills, etc...

3. It might be difficult to ascertain the impact on some long-term outcomes & the type of analysis needed might not be possible to do or "worth the squeeze" due to current capabilities/appetite. Identify what outcomes are most important & how to measure impact based on your capabilities/constraints.

2. We need to be methodical and intentional about understanding how our strategies impact long-term outcomes. How do our programs and initiatives impact short, medium, and long-term outcomes? What is our theory of change? How do long-term outcomes inform our program design?
