The #bougieblanketmal I've started is looking like something. I'm just not 100% sure it doesn't look like something else. Especially since there's a bunch of variegated and semi-solid yarns in the pile. Pattern is Little Gemstones but I've rewritten the gems to be larger.

Trying to get access to a backup gmail account and it's a bit of a snafu with the former contact pulling their email details and my phone details not working. We have 1 last method to try for recovery. Looking at the documentation, if we strike out we're screwed. Thanks Google, so helpful :/

Meg is my peace lily that was given to me as a housewarming present a good 7.5yrs ago. She's currently being a bit showy with 5 flowers in various stages of emerging. One that only became apparent in the last 3 days.

It's almost advent season, and while I didn't specifically aim to have so many this year past me and a present friend have spoiled me so I'll be trying to keep my mitts out of everything until Friday.

Where does 2months go, seemingly into a hole of more recovery. Picked up Midwinter Sky a lot recently and I'm challenging myself to finish it off before the end of the month. Then I'm going to start on a project that I got the materials for over a year ago.

The vibrant new project is starting to show the planned pooling effects. This yarn is so grungy and I love it. It's also my favourite blend; merino, cashmere and nylon. Annie doesn't appreciate as much as I do, she's also dirty that I don't give her my dinner.

Cast on a new project today as the recovery project, it'll be more portable than anything else going at present and also a planned pooling item. Taking chaos of colour and turning it into something lovely. Slow recovery process is slow.

Whee a new social where I can post more pictures of knitting and my dog! Tonight's project has wound up being exclusively Happy Talk, even though I'd hoped to pick up my other one too.
