Just wrote my councilor to ask them to vote AGAINST Mayor Fillmore's motion to "Pause awarding contracts for any new bike lane design or construction capital projects, effective immediately" - #HRM/#Halifax folks, heads up this vote happens Tuesday, reported in Hfx Examiner today.
