I also am not a big fan of turkey, and if I do eat it, I am very picky as to what it looks like. It's nice that your family makes you something separate so you can still enjoy a nice dinner!

I feel the same way, especially when my mom bakes for me or tries a new recipe I feel as though I have to try it or it is rude.

Exactly! It’s a good reminder that we can get so many of these nutrients naturally from real food. Whole foods are usually the healthier and safer option since your body absorbs them better and you also get the added benefits of fiber and other nutrients.
