So about 50 pounds difference. I feel the loss isn’t super obvious but I can see that the short fit a lot better and the shirt that is the same size is much looser. Well another 100 to go. Hoping to be at goal weight by the time I’m 40.

Got some exercise in on the RIngFit. Had a protein shake. Now for Lunch: chicken sausage with peppers and onions and quinoa.

Breakfast: black berries, kashi go cereal, and fat free Greek yogurt.

Quick dinner I made tonight. Seasoned chicken with steamed broccoli and brown rice.
