Got Just Dance for the Switch. Played for 40 minutes and I am sweating. I like it because I’m not focused on the time when I play. Also getting walking in with it. I can’t wait to weigh myself this Saturday. I’m expecting to be pleased.

So about 50 pounds difference. I feel the loss isn’t super obvious but I can see that the short fit a lot better and the shirt that is the same size is much looser. Well another 100 to go. Hoping to be at goal weight by the time I’m 40.

So far so good with the calorie deficit. Stuck to my goal yesterday which is a huge win for me especially not being on a glp-1. I just needed the first day to show me I can do it. Also been walking or doing yoga everyday.

So I’m finding that weight watchers is not the right fit for me. It’s too easy for me to over eat on zero point foods. Back to calorie counting. Trying to lose weight GLP1 free. I can and will do this.

I just started weight watchers on Monday and so far I’m doing pretty good. I think I’ll be successful losing the rest of the weight I need to lose.

Got some exercise in on the RIngFit. Had a protein shake. Now for Lunch: chicken sausage with peppers and onions and quinoa.

Feeling motivated to getting back on track with my nutrition and exercise. Got the next two days planned out on LoseIt. And I’m going to use the RIngFit to help me get some resistance exercise in. ☺️

I’m a bit addicted to TikTok but I need let it go. It plays with my emotions and feeds into my obsessive thoughts about death when certain content pops up. I think it is more harmful than helpful.

This platform seems promising. Saw a tiktok about it and it being left leaning alternative to Twitter so I figured I would give it a shot. Hope I can make some friends.
