Anecdotally speaking, I know a lot of fandom people were excited about bsky at first as an alternative but then turned away when they realized that it would take down nsfw pieces. Fandom is never going to mass migrate to a site that does that.

There's no big alternative right now for fandom in that most other options (including here) censor nsfw fan content in some major fashion, and nsfw fanworks are a driving factor in fandom traffic (regardless on how one feels about that personally, it is just a fact)

There are a lot of subcultures still on twt, but fandom is not an insignificant one. After fandom migrated from tumblr to twitter (after the nsfw ban), tumblr's traffic and value plummeted.

Lots of grade change forms will be submitted tomorrow, sigh.

And since my motivation and morale have been subpar at best this semester I am behind on things that should have been done weeks ago 🙃 which is on me but yeahhhh
