A new paper I'm on is out today! Primarily the work of @evodevoba.bsky.social, we found that distinguishing skull features among chicken-like and duck-like birds do not always arise later than shared similarities during embryonic development. evodevojournal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.... 🪶🧪

I don't watch much romance but really enjoyed The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity. It starts a bit tropey, however the character development and revelations in the second half left my heart full every time. The author wanted to write a story where everyone was kind, and it shows. #薫る花は凛と咲く
