One thing traveling the world has taught me is to appreciate living in a country without serious conflicts and being able to enjoy sunshine like this in a t-shirt on December 24th.

yesterday, i finally ran the half marathon... and i achieved the best time of my life: 1h 41m.
i'm happy because focusing on building muscle has made me better at other activities, like running.
