Or next to last meal in Guadalajara was breakfast at La Chata, up the street from our hotel. The egg omelette and chilaquiles were good, but I loved the tarot-type tiles in the men's room.

In Guadalajara we saw some of the many works of muralist José Clemente Orozco. His works include the frescoes inside the University of Guadalajara (now a museum), and the mural of Miguel Hidalgo at the Governor's Palace. Although a contemporary of Diego Rivera, they had very different styles.

Sunday Brunch at Santo Coyote in Guadalajara’s Colonia Americana neighborhood. Delicious moles, chilaquiles, pozole, eggs, and breakfast sweets. So worth a visit!
