I was wondering if anyone would notice the plothole.

I can't even begin to imagine that level of cognitive constipation. Either that or some sort of bizarre ethnonational Stockholm Syndrome.

I can think of a couple mobs in Vault of the Incarnates we could cram him into to sober up. I doubt Kale would complain.

Yes.

The breath of fire hot take from the dragon today: the sooner religion goes extinct, the better things will be for everyone and everything living on this planet.

My issue is that the datacenters needed to power AI require a ludicrous amount of energy that could be better used elsewhere or not at all. You seem to think that obscene overuse of energy is inevitable, which it objectively is not. Speak more plainly if you want your attitude accurately presumed.

This may come as a shock, but some things use more energy than others. Particle accelerators aren't exactly something that every tech company wants to build. This defeatist attitude of "if it's not This, it'll be something else" is cope and excuse making.

He didn't seem to have an answer to the problem. I think he's hoping I'll just offer to stay. I'll give him an hour or two to huff on the hopium before I drag him kicking and screaming back to reality.

Honestly, how people use these things is less concerning to me than their environmental impact. These data centers soak up energy at astronomical rates, and since we live in the stupidest timeline, most of our energy comes from burning hydrocarbons. We're gonna roast to death for shitty art...

Okay, apparently the "copy link" button on that site doesn't copy the link to the article, just the site. Given how pointless the article is, I'm not particularly surprised.

Study offers compelling new evidence that humans evolved from an African ape-like ancestor
A 4.4-million-year-old Ardipithecus fossil named "Ardi" shows early humans walked upright, keeping ape-like climbing abilities and balance.

I'm pretty convinced at this point that if I noticed there were a few dozen dead rats floating around in some of our product, my manager would tell me to just fish them out and then run it. No matter what the problem is, I've never once seen them discard a batch. Not one time. It's gross.
