I have been using Garmin devices since 2006. My first GPS watch was the Forerunner 305. 20 years a Garmin user where my loyalty gift 🤣

Finally Smart glasses that are for cyclists. Oakley Vanguards are proper Oakley glasses with all the smart features. I love using my Ray-Bans for everything but cycling. Number one the camera is off center and two look a bit of a tit cycling in Ray-bans 🤭

That’s a seriously good looking bench, it will be wild when Havertz, Madueke and Hincapie are back. Some great players will not even make the bench 🤯

Even bike paths can be dangerous. I never saw this giant truck until the last second and slammed my brakes on. To be fair to the truck driver did stop, but I couldn’t see him and he couldn’t see me. This is an accident waiting to happen. Sound on is better.

Just can’t catch a break! In two years, Hit by a car, Broken hip, Smashed face and Now blood clots in one lung! In 62 years never needed a hospital, 4 times in two years. I always thought bad things came in 3’s trust me to go for4’s. I am doing well, blood thinners for life is a small price to pay..

Just can’t catch a break! In two years, Hit by a car, Broken hip, Smashed face and Now blood clots in one lung! In 62 years never needed a hospital, 4 times in two years. I always thought bad things came in 3’s trust me to go for4’s. I am doing well, blood thinners for life is a small price to pay..
I am looking at my best year ever. Summary estimates 9700 miles, hope I can up that to 10k.

Goal for the year done with plenty of time to spare. Each year is age x 100. Not terribly difficult right now, probably will break 9k and maybe even 10k miles this year. But can’t help think 90k at 90 will be tough but sod it, a goal is a goal to accomplish 😉

Yesterdays ride decided to give it some welly. Very pleased that at 64 I can still average 21mph. All time I was watching the average I kept thinking of I get to 21 then Arsenal will have a great game

It’s rated about right, 6 out of 10 but still finding out Marcel Marceau was a bad arse Nazi fighter ups it to a 10 out of 10. Who knew, well I’m sure a lot of people did but I had no clue.
PS: if what they portrayed Klaus Barbie as doing is real then dying at ripe old age is justice not served 😢
