Here’s an example of what I meant. Every time Mary Robinette replied to herself, I got both that message and it attached as a rep,y, so I keep getting pages of one person. If I switch off replies though, I don’t get discovery of interesting new discussions. Both are poor outcomes.

So #Nationwide Building Society - what happened? Was this actually signed off or did the graphic designer not get paid and you didn't notice what they'd done before putting this in production?
