Roy Jenkins had it right. A decent lunch, with a bottle of good Burgundy leads to good decision making.

Agreed that Morgon is pretty special. I’m struck that it’s so much richer than other Beaujolais wines. FYI- I once had Coq au Morgon in a restaurant in the village. The sauce was almost black and the taste phenomenal.
