I'm sure very few people actually want video, but it's a lot easier for advertisers to force you to watch their advert if that's the format. I can just scroll past/block your banner ad.
I just wish we could go back to an internet which didn't exist solely to flog stuff.

Well, that's how I've always done it and I'm pretty sure that's what my parents always did too. I reckon I'll take my chances.

Wait, is that not what you're supposed to do? It's literally called stuffing.

I can definitely emphasise with that. I like coding because you can (normally) roll back changes so nothing is set in stone. I'll spend too long looking for non destructive workarounds before I'll change something I can't put back.

The one time I went to the greyhound racing track we did try betting on whichever dog had a shit beforehand on the basis they'd be lighter (and so faster!)

I know that everything is supposed to be a fit subject for comedy but come on, leave Paddington alone. Things are bad enough as they are!

Not sure it does tbh? I would go with 'no good deed goes unpunished' if I was sticking a phrase in there.
I would associate shitting on doorsteps as not committing crimes where you live rather than being nice.

Pretty much any place-name near where I live; Parham, Aldeburgh, Sproughton, Grundisburg.. Been round here 20+ years and I still get some of them wrong.

Another claim to add to the 'I don't think these books say what you think they do' pile along with Elon Musk's love for Douglas Adams.

You can't go wrong with sparkler candles.

I'm surprised there isn't anything in the top right. I'd expect neo-liberalism globalists to be pro-immigration as a source of cheap labour.

Missed a trick by not going with "Credible Realistic And Practical plan"

I console myself by remembering there's still a lot of stuff in 'the past of content' that I haven't seen yet.
