There's a steam locomotive in the park right there too, and it's very popular - if it's halfway nice out, there's almost always someone climbing on it. It's looking a little worse for the wear these days though and needs a good paint job...

While out running errands this afternoon, I went through Avery Park and got a good view of where the train trestle collapsed a few weeks ago - they had to take down a bunch of trees to clear the debris, making it more visible than it used to be.

Monday night I was out and about where I had a decent view of the night sky - my phone sucks for night shots, but I did get a good shot of the big dipper...

Went bowling tonight, for the first time in about a year - don't look too closely at the scores 😉 It's cool though - the bowling alley is hooked up to an app you put on your phone and it finds your name in the alley scoring machine and downloads your games...
