Let’s admit something here. Dubstep, the real stuff from the UK in the early 2000s, was the last discovery in electronic music to really be unique enough. Last one to proliferate with dubplates/vinyl records.

Was doing a robotic hepatectomy yesterday and our attending couldn’t get the Pringle maneuver to work. In my opinion, it was cuz the metal bulldog clamp wasn’t tight enough against the piece of Foley catheter and kept slipping up the umbilical tape. I wonder what we could have done differently.
