The craziest part about the new steam hardware is the prospect of buying once and playing your games everywhere. It's the value proposition that gamepass used to have, except now you own it, instead of a rotating library. I don't think that's been stated enough.

PC has dominated my play time and if I can buy one game, play it at my setup, my couch, or on my steam deck, I don't need PS5 or Xbox.

Y'all, this game deserves so much more love. As a fan of faux-MMO'S (.HACK, SAO), this game feels like WoW or ESO single player in the best way. So much content, and great combat, it's clicked with me in the best way.

I wanted a Destiny game in the flavor of Arc Raiders years ago. A survival pvpe title centered around a task force of soldiers that don't possess the light, they forage for items useful to the tower.

My cut is finally almost over. I had blown past my goal of going to 215 to 185 so fast that I extended it to 175, and hit 174 today. I have never managed to lose that much weight without hurting my body (EDs, diet pills) in the past, and have finally done it the healthy way and it feels unreal tbh.

I really hope we get robust mod support and some real optimization for Bloodlines 2. The world design feels great, although I wish it felt a little bit... seedier.

It's refreshing to see Xbox getting shit for acquiring companies and then paying off masses of employees. Next I wanna see the same criticism of parent companies for games news outlets that do the exact same thing.

I think that sometimes with the horror we see in games and games media, you have to remind yourself why you do what you do, and why you'd never want to do anything else.
G4 made me want to be in this industry. I ran home to watch it and every time, I knew, "I want to be part of this".

Like it seems so simple on the surface, but playing this way is so much slower. I'm not blindly chasing map markers (I also am playing with a minimal hud mod), I am navigating using in-world signs. I'm planning an entire day and methodically treating each play session as a separate outing.
Ever since using mods to add a deeper metro experience, needs like food, water, sleep, and relaxation, this cyberpunk playthrough has evolved into a life sim. It's crazy how much I've noticed about this game even after about 800 hrs in it. I need to pitch a piece about this or make a video essay.
