12 oz. package of Ocean Spray cranberries
one whole navel orange
3/4 cup honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
cut the orange into 8 pcs and process, skin and all, into a pulp
add the other ingredients and process into not quite a puree
spend 1/2 hour washing Cuisinart
I made 10 pounds today
