One of the most interesting days of my trip took me from the city of #Narathiwat, to S-ngai Kolok along route 4062 close to the Malaysian border, then up to Si-Sakhon, and on to #Yala. It was a bit dicey going by car. I’d like to go back again though. Also stopped at the Chok Bakong Bridge.

So many sites use @cloudflare.social these days. How many hours of our lives are wasted waiting for this PoS? Why bother? Hit the back button. I might be more patient if it worked well.

I found a good perch at Khao Takiab Beach yesterday, and got some nice photos of a Little Egret, Pacific Reef Heron, and Common Sandpiper. Watched the waves roll in and shot a couple of timelapses as well. Not a bad way to spend the afternoon.

Wat Khao Angkhan was one of my first stops in #Buriram on my summer #Isaan road trip. The temple complex, on top of an extinct volcano, dates back 1,300 years, and you get nice views of the surrounding area. It’s only 17 km to Phanom Rung Historical Park.
