i keep seeing oomfs lament losing their poses to ddos so i'm here to spread awareness:
if you use Ktisis beta testing ver, there are toggles in Settings > AutoSave that grab a snapshot of your pose when you get DC'd or when you disable pose mode. it has saved me several times!

not domestic per se but in my headcanon eorzea hasn't really reached modern photography beyond daguerreotypes but journalists employ pictomancers when they need very quick illustrations via magic that they can refine later
you know what actually #wolqotd what are some domestic/household magic headcanons you have for xiv? like spells of convenience... herbal remedies for curses, charming the wooden spoon to stir your caramel sauce on its own, warming up your mug by concentrating fire aether in your hands, etc
