Recovering from fall injury and really struggled the last 2 miles uphill. But still very fun. Berkeley energy today was awesome. Esp the kids T mile 6.5 who kept yelling “you did it! You are at mile SIIIX SEEEVEN!!” 🤣

Not quite the same but we use home brew Phusion on S. pombe crude lysates no problem.

I see - you mean you prompt asking for a pmid. I would imagine it would just give you the wrong one in this case ? It tells me the “ primary paper is a 2024 eLife preprint and earlier 2020 BioRxiv version “ describes the experiments, but link is to wrong paper. Claude needed 3 prompts to get there.

It still cites wrong like other LLMs - why is this? It will summarize the data of a paper almost directly but give the wrong citation I always found this odd

Extremely tight word limits is what we do for fantasy questions (since take home) for Mol Bio/Cell Bio grad course to help focus the answer.
