I had a migraine and decided to lay for an hour, alarm set, and everything. Woke up feeling good and checked the time. Why did I wake up 5 hours later 😭 there goes what little sleep schedule I had.

Had a hard time using this originally because there was no app at the time, and I'm used to doing everything on my phone via an app (besides work stuff, not good I know) so I fell off. Didn't even realize there was a app now. Guess I'm back baby!!
