She was devastated because her uncle has disappeared & no one can find him.
They believe he was detained by #ICE even though he has legal status.

Subsistence may be more important than ever, given the current state of the government. Copper River red salmon, stripped for smoking from my family's dipnet adventure in July. Seems like a lifetime ago. Smoked salmon strips turned out great. Kings are better, but they were not allowed this year:(

I'm a little behind. It's been a busy fall. Fairbanks Alaska had more than 2,000 present for the No Kings Rally in October. It's all covered with snow now, but we will be ready for the next one too. #nokings
