We have a thread already debunking this recent line of attack on GrapheneOS at bsky.app/profile/grap.... GrapheneOS quickly provided the June security patches, was ported to Android 16 and is working with a major Android OEM. It's not dying and we haven't said or implied it is.
Many companies and individuals are trying to mislead people about the future of GrapheneOS to promote their insecure products and services. GrapheneOS is not going anywhere. We've made it clear we're shipping Android 16 soon and that the supported devices will remain supported.

We've received enough feedback for the initial experimental release. There were recent regressions in the port due to SELinux policy changes which resulted in the testing being less useful than expected due to major issues with third party apps which weren't present previously.

have to say, graphene os was very easy to install. Even from Fedora, which is not one of the officially supported installation mediums. And its very easy to set up once installed. If you want, you can just install google play services, enable a few permissions, and you might not even notice this […]
