Singapore uses Mountain Home Air Force Base to train their pilots to fly F-15SG. For Qatar they’re paying the US to build a new facility at the same base to train pilots in operating the F-15QA. Germans uses Sheppard AFB for similar reasons

This is not a new thing. The United States does this often with allied air forces for training and maintenance of planes but ofc anything linking Trump with Qatar will bring clicks

That and the horrendous command and control structure of the Russian military in general combined with subpar training of individual soldiers. Not sure about Chinese systems since they’re rarely deployed in combat but the Pakistanis using them failed to intercept Brahmos missiles back in May
