It’s the only mountain I’ve set out to climb and failed, mostly because it rained continuously for hours and I was literally soaked to my underpants.

This is an incredible tale that helped kick start industrial safety.
It pisses me off that the tourist tours that drive past the site make no mention of it whatsoever and tell Civil War fairy tales instead.

Circumstances meant I let the Lexus run down to below 10 miles of range.

I love these, and almost bought one instead of my Lexus GX until worked out that red LED rear indicators would be a ballache to SVA and remembered that pick-ups make crap cars.
There were a few times I was glad of that enclosed luggage space.

“Because Podcast Reasons” I find myself looking at the Tesla website, where they’re listing a car with 4,507 miles on the clock and registered in March this year as “New” and not “Certified Pre-Owned”.
I’m not quite sure that’s how it works…

Useless fact du jour, it takes about 45 mins to swap out a Yaris headlamp unit when one of the built-in DRL strips has decided to frazzle itself.
