My kids are about to learn many life lessons 😂

Today, I have reached 2 major research milestones:
1) 150 peer-reviewed publications
2) 200 peer reviews I have completed

Regarding my own pubs, this is a team accomplishment and I been fortunate to work with so many great colleagues! As for peer review, here is to many more!

Officially, my first ever case of being plagiarized in science. Albeit, pretty sure in a predatory journal but it is so blatant I had to post it. This is what hurts science and leads to mistrust from lay people about the work we do!🤬

Officially tenured! Vamanos!!!!!

In grad school, I worked a side job where I would collect seatbelt use data for a traffic psychologist. I would stand on the side of a road for hours and note who wore seatbelts or not. Hours were long, but it paid the bills. I did see some crazy stuff (see below). I guess that one way to tow a car😂

For those interested, my department has a FULLY FUNDED Masters Program in Experimental Psychology. The deadline is February 1. Faculty support student interests in behavioral neuroscience, social, cognitive, clinical, and developmental psychology.
