Medicare DisAdvantage private insurers are receiving $86 billion to deliver supplemental benefits. Many of these “benefits” are offered by companies the plan owns, transferring taxpayer dollars into their profit margin.

I am seeking answers to how this consolidation is ripping off taxpayers.
