Sometimes it's a couple days of minor symptoms and I can mostly ignore it, but others it's bad enough I have to take time off work - which is why I always get them on a Friday.

Everyone else I know only has minor arm pain, if anything at all, and I wish it were that easy for me.

It's helped me come to terms with our choice to make a quick, silent exit that forced us to abandon many of our belongings.

I wish more people understood the scope of it. We did what we had to do to keep our mental health intact.
