AND ANOTHER ONE! Nadeshiko League 2 side Diosa Izumo FC, who in their debut last year made it all the way to the pro-rel playoff where they lost 3-2 on aggregate to Nittaidai SMG Yokohama, have stunned the WE League's RB Omiya Ardija in penalties.

The #JLeague is touting a massive achievement tonight: the 2025 season has already set a new record for total annual attendance across the league, with two rounds remaining in the J1 and J2 as well as three remaining in the J3.
Seems very likely that the J1 will break last year's overall count...
