That dooting seal is one of my husbun's favourite mods, and at this point, I can recite the tiny doots by heart. A curse, to be sure, but a joyful curse nonetheless.

Boy I sure have Thoughts™ about the expansion, but before you see that and recoil in pre-emptive horror, fret not: for the most part I enjoyed this expansion, loved the new characters, and enjoyed my WoL's (kind of) vacation.

I wasn't joking, it was so funny and very weird. Still can't think of any other cutscene in the game to do this. I assume this happens because they copy your customisation data and shove it onto a pre-defined Gladiator/Paladin NPC for this scene, but honestly I could be very wrong. It's so curious.
